Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Laser.
Payments must be made in Euros.
All overseas orders must be paid by credit card.
If you wish to pay by cheque, you will need to telephone us with your order on (057) 8680229

Pricing

We endeavour to ensure that our prices in both our catalogue and on the website are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to increase prices due to circumstances outside of our control. In this event, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or amend your order prior to your order being despatched.
Where applicable, VAT is charged at the standard rate for Ireland - currently 21%. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt.
Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days. However, some furniture items may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or is not available to be despatched immediately, we will contact you to let you know an estimated delivery date.
A delivery charge will apply. Delivery charges will vary depending on location and size of delivery. It is our policy to keep delivery charges to an absolute minimum. No Delivery charge on all Roomset offers.
We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address. This can be an added benefit, for example, if you are out at work all day then delivery can be made to a neighbour or to your work address.

Express Delivery

For urgent orders, we offer an express delivery service. Delivery is within 1-2 working days. Please enquire for details (057) 8680229.
Internet orders are processed within 48 hours.

Whilst our website is securely managed, we understand that some customers will feel uncomfortable entering their personal and payment card details onto a website. Consequently, we provide alternative ordering and payment methods. Orders and payment can be taken by telephone on (057) 8680229.
